If you can't wait a second longer to visualize your tech stack, hurry over to honeystack.app right this very second.

I start every cohort and consulting engagement the same way: by helping nonprofit leaders identify their tech stack.
The reason is simple.
You can't make progress on a challenge you can't see.
I built honeystack for nonprofit leaders to help them visualize their tech stacks and share with their team.
It sets the table for conversations like:
- Onboarding new team members to your tools
- Shopping for new software
- Identifying bottlenecks in your process
Once you complete the flow, you'll get a handy dandy link to your tech stack. Here's an example of my stack. You can see that I use 26 applications across 16 categories.
That's a software to human ratio of 26:1.
And I love it.
A hope and a dream
I'm convinced this is a valuable exercise for nonprofits to go through, or I wouldn't have spent the last three months building this app.
My hope is that nonprofits use this tool.
Please try it out!
The exercise and shareable link is reason enough to do this, but I also have a dream.
My dream is that this starts a conversation among leaders.
Entrepreneurs share their tech stacks all the time as a way to give others a playbook—a way to follow in their footsteps.

I would love to see more nonprofit leaders LEAD by sharing their tech stacks with their peers on LinkedIn. (I posted my stack on LinkedIn to get the ball rolling.)
You could post something like:
Here's the tech stack our nonprofit uses to do good in the world. We feel really good about {these two} and not so great about {this one}. What tools are you using? See our full stack at {honeystack handy dandy link}.
And then other leaders will share their knowledge in the comments. And a conversation is born. Learning ensues.
And all of Ted's dreams will be fulfilled.
Wouldn't that be cool?
Don't you want my dreams to be fulfilled?
Don't I have cool dreams?
Also. This app is free. Once you create your stack, you can even schedule a call with an expert to review your software with you.
That's free too.
I was told nonprofits like free stuff.
Please like this.
I MADE IT CHOCK FULL OF LOVE!
Until next week,
Ted
